It was a big year for me emotionally, bringing lots of big changes.
The beginning of 2011 was amazing with CDB — my first flesh hook suspension. It was not that easy; I remember having a huge rush of adrenaline. Starting the year with some good friends was very nice. The Scena was incredible.
FetishCon in May was also a huge moment — my first time in Florida. Wow, this place is hot as hell. The parties and people were amazing. Nice play, nice pictures, and new friends. The hotel was reserved for that event, and the pool was great for photo shoots. The Castle was also amazing — sadly no pictures of that play party.
MBE, the Toronto Nuit Blanche, was also a crazy one with so many riggers and very cute, professional rope bunnies. It was nice to see friends from all over. I met some of the best riggers. That also allowed me to get closer to other friends. We took some nice pictures and I enjoyed the opportunity at the sex club to perform a little.
Torture Garden Toronto — it was nice to teach there again. Morph was very welcoming. I am beginning to love that city and that event. The major change this time was the Sunday setup with more room. I did more suspensions.
ETWSS Toronto was not the same as the Montreal one for me — not the same crowd — but we played and had so much fun. More time with some Toronto friends. I learned about things the demon blonde was spreading behind my back and tried to improve our reputation there.
Fetish Weekend Montreal — I stepped down for multiple reasons. My ideas were stolen from me. But the upside was that I saw the event from a client’s perspective. I had fun, but the fun came not from the event but from the people there.
I split with my sub that year, which was very difficult for me — we had such a good relationship.
I lost my close friend C, who died very suddenly. That was a painful loss.
I won a 2-year battle in court against the SQ. It was a huge relief. The main argument was over BDSM. It was nice to prove in court that there is nothing wrong with people who enjoy an alternative lifestyle, when it is done properly.
I did some cool photo shoots, purchased new equipment for suspension, and took some nice pictures.
I did a crazy suspension for Torture Garden Montreal — a double flesh hook suspension on a zipline.
I relocated myself to the heart of Montreal.
Now we will see where 2012 is going.
