With over 3 decades of public presence, I got to participate in 5 court case where bdsm was use in a way to show that a person have bad moral and because of that she should loos rights.
3 of those cases was about child custody, 2 of those where one of the parent using bdsm activity that the other do, so it should not have right to see the kids. Nothing illegal, just kinky stuff.
1 of those case was a report done to the DPJ that the parent use bondage to suspend there kids. Who was part true, but nothing sexual was to make him fly like superman in there court tard. We provided pictures of circus and movie style rigging done in the same way, and the juge agree. But the stress was there, damage was done.
A close friend receive an investigation from there HR, after a anonymous public complaint. HR just say you can do what you want in your private time, sorry but we wanted to make you aware.
Who cannot have a kinky life, politician / school teacher / Juge and many other who will get fired if there image is attack by moralities.
