Sense 8 is a Netflix series that touches on so many things, and you don’t feel it being forced.
Sex, gay sex, and even scenes of orgy are there, but they are not even the main focus.
The script and story line are simple and flow well, connecting all these very different people.
This series touches on trans people, hackers, gay, Asian, Black, and Indian characters — from light topics to deeper ones.
The action sequences are well done and feel connected to the actors, who I am sure were not always in their comfort zone.
It also features Daryl Hannah, whom I truly like.
It moved me — a tear or two at some points, and many laughs. A good recommendation.
