I just got back from an other contract for a enterprise who do motion capture for video games.
I do basic harness with ropes and use some poley to make them fly, very easy.
Today was different, they ask for a free fall, so I use the quick release on the marine caribiner and work very well.
The video game is about a god who can touch, move and play with caracteres, so in a sense I was the hand of god.
The rigging was to make the camera believe that the god lift the caractere by the neck and move it.
I love wiring works, very creative, I have to be adaptive for the realisator and comprehensive also for the actor.
Less sexy then usual rigging this pay at least more then any show I done so far.
