BDSM and Laws.

In the past 3 years, I was involved in 3 court cases related to BDSM.

The first was related to child custody. The wife was fighting in court to keep full custody of the child, and the main reason was that the father was engaged in BDSM activity. We proved in court that the sexual activity was shared by both sides and that nothing negative was demonstrated that would affect the child. They now have shared custody.

The second was that the DPJ wanted to remove a child from a family where they were aware of their BDSM activity and pictures of their child doing a suspension. Some of my pictures were used to prove in court that suspension can be used for things other than sexual purposes, and that the parents’ sexual activity cannot be a reason to fear for the child. The judge was very unhappy with the DPJ, and the couple kept their child. I use bondage suspension in movies and recreational activities — playing a superman act for a child can be very fun.

The last one — I had a contract with a large firm, and few people knew I was in BDSM, about my site, my show at ETWSS, and many other things. They were also aware that I had special permits that I used for movies.

After an anonymous call to the SQ, they did a little investigation and found a picture of me doing a suspension — the one used in Femme d’Aujourd’hui. They had a witness who saw me putting rope on a girl at the Salon Amour et Séduction. We provided the website as a reference — it even featured a workshop on bondage — along with many other things, like my military past, to show I was a potential danger to society. They lost big time. Now it is my turn to sue them for the 2 years of my life spent in court over that.

We do a lot of public education, but the main issue is that the legal system tries to use BDSM to show that people with an alternative lifestyle are dangerous. So far, they have lost.

We all know judges, lawyers, doctors, and teachers who have to hide their sexual preferences because of these misconceptions.

I spent a lot of money over those 3 years. That will be my little contribution to something that was and still is a passion for me.
